Ms. Reggy is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice group of Adorno & Yoss LLC and head of the firm's trademark practice. Adorno & Yoss is an international law firm with over 250 lawyers in over 21 offices worldwide. In this position, she focuses on representing clients in all types of intellectual property prosecution, maintenance, enforcement and licensing both domestically and worldwide. Her practice is specifically devoted to handling trademark, trade dress, copyright, advertising and marketing review, sponsorships, promotions, product review and clearance, domain name and Internet matters on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including a leading quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States, a Fortune 500 manufacturer of farm equipment brands, a leader in the African-American hair care products industry, and several entertainers.

Ms. Reggy has previously served as a Policy Analyst/Legislative Counsel to the Maryland General Assembly and a Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Reggy has secured trademark registrations in over 90 countries worldwide. Ms. Reggy has examined over 3,000 trademark applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She has reviewed hundreds of advertisements, web pages, billboards, radio and television commercials, and other marketing materials for compliance with FTC guidelines and trademark, trade dress, advertising laws. Ms. Reggy has negotiated several agreements with recording companies and music publishers. Ms. Reggy has been named four (4) times by Georgia Super Lawyers' Rising Stars as one of Georgia's best young lawyers in the field of Intellectual Property. She has also been recognized three (3) times as an outstanding Counselor at Law by Who's Who in Black Atlanta. She has recently been named to Leadership Atlanta Class of 2011.

Ms. Reggy is a frequent speaker on intellectual property issues and has been a guest on Court Radio 1380 WAOK. She also speaks often on leadership principles and has been a guest speaker in 2006, 2008 and 2009 at the "Great Leaders S.E.R.V.E." conference in Amman, Jordan sponsored by Chick-fil-A, Inc. for business leaders from around the Middle East. She had the honor of meeting Her Royal Highness Princess Basma Bint Talal of Jordan who gave patronage at the conference. Ms. Reggy is a member of the Board of Directors of My Sister's Keeper Foundation for Women, Inc., a non-profit organization primarily concerned with effecting change in the lives of women through leadership training and life coaching and increasing awareness of self, gifts and life purpose, and The Kenya Project, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides resources and facilities for the health, education and spiritual development of children at Mountain Park Academy located outside of Nakuru, Kenya. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors of IMPACT360, a program whose goal is to revolutionize leaders of the emerging generation to prepare them for the future. Ms. Reggy also serves on the leadership team of Daughters of Grace, a leadership training program for girls ages 7 to 18 at her local church.

Ms. Reggy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and French from Eastern College and her Juris Doctorate with honors from Howard University School of Law. Ms. Reggy was born to an African father and African-American mother, raised in Africa, and educated in the United States. She has also studied abroad in Germany and France. She speaks several languages (French, Kiswahili, Dholuo, and some German) and has traveled extensively which gives her a particular sensitivity to global issues and allows her to bridge cultural gaps.
